Dear Students, Parents, Faculty and Staff,
I would like everyone to know that if you need someone to talk to while you are home waiting to come back to school, I am here for you, anytime you need me to be.

I understand that we are all experiencing something new for the first time together!
Please know that you are not alone.  We will all get through this time and be stronger in the end.
Some things I would like you to keep in mind while at home:
1.  Take care of yourself.  Try to eat a healthy well-balanced diet.  Get some type of exercise daily.  Stretch , take deep breaths or meditate.
2.  Take time to unwind and do an activity you enjoy doing.
3.  Take breaks from social media and watching/listening to the news.
4.  Get a good night's sleep!
5.  Stay on a schedule, as much as possible.
6.  Connect to others (at a distance of course......google hangouts/ or other platforms)  Talk with people you trust about your concerns or fears, and how you are feeling. 
7.  When you feel anxious:  Go outside, go for a walk, take a deep breath, listen to music, dance, write about how you are feeling, do a creative project, find a positive distraction, play a game, laugh, have a glass of water, and stay present.
8.  Think Positively..........this will pass and you will get through it together.
